Take an example – You come to know, through our services, that your land property is holding a disputed title. Well, it’s not enough if we can blow the whistle. Our significance in a transaction is in the very fact that we can take the deal to closure by effectively neutralising any and every threat to the integrity of the title.

Alterations in Terms and Conditions Realty-Shield may modify or update the Terms and Conditions of the agreement from time to time, on its sole discretion, and reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site or any part thereof, or any or all of the services, with or without notice and without liability to the user.
Since the Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, the user is advised to review the content afresh whenever he visits the website. He will become automatically bound by the fresh version of the content and will be treated equivalent to his consent.
User Account The moment the user registers with Realty Shield, he agrees to
  • (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form; and
  • (b) maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete at all times. Realty Shield reserves the right to delete User’s Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website (or any portion thereof) without notice, if he is found to have misrepresented his age, identity, or any other information submitted in connection with his account or if Realty-Shield has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.
Security of User’s Account The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password, email address and his account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under his account. He is responsible to:
  • immediately notify Realty Shield of any unauthorized use of his password or account, or any other breach of security,
  • immediately change his password if he becomes aware that his account has been compromised,
  • ensure that he fully exits from his account at the end of each session on the website. If the user loses control of his passwords, he may lose substantial control of his personal information and could potentially be subject to legally binding actions taken on his behalf.

The user further agrees not to use anyone else’s password on the website or attempt to gain access to other user’s account. Realty Shield shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of his failure to comply with these conditions.
Warranties We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the information provided on this website.
Google Maps The website may utilize Google Maps and related content for geo tagging the user’s property. By using the Google Map features available on the website, you are agreeing to be bound by the applicable policies, terms and conditions of Google.
Non-Routine Tasks In case of a specific agreement to render Realty Shielding service, Realty Shield shall carry out routine inspection of the property (depending on the number of visits opted by the user) and submit a written report on each occasion. Any non-routine inspection or other survey conducted by Realty Shield’s on user’s request shall be taken up on payment of an additional fee.
Reports Any report provided to the user in the duration of services offered by Realty Shield shall not amount to a warranty regarding the condition of the property, current market trends or future market prospects. Such report shall be prepared solely for user’s benefit and may not be produced or reproduced to any third party as evidence. Whilst Realty Shield shall make every endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the report, no liability can be accepted by Realty Shield for the accuracy or otherwise of any statement made.
Source of Information Information as contained in this website is compiled based on data provided on voluntary basis by users / clients as well as members / associates of Realty Shield, with varying levels of knowledge. Realty Shield does not certify accuracy of any information or certify any level of expertise relevant to that information. Realty Shield suggests its users to seek advice of other appropriate sources also on any related matter.
As part of the process, Realty Shield shall ascertain information through various official channels in order to fulfill its obligation to render a specific service. Terms of Service
The Agreement This document sets out the standard terms and conditions under which Realty Shield serves its Clients for rendering various services as outlined in the website (www.realtyshield.in).
These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Realty Shield and the user availing the service. These terms along with any other terms & conditions posted on this website with respect to services, set forth the complete Terms and Conditions under which the user may access and use the website and the services. If the user is not in agreement with this clause, he may not use this website for availing the services.
User’s Representations The User represents and warrants for the benefit of Realty Shield and its associates, suppliers and any third parties that (a) he is at least 18 years of age which is mandatory to use this website; (b) he possesses the legal right and ability to enter into and make the representations and warranties contained in this agreement; (c) all information that he submits is true and accurate; (d) he shall keep his registration information current; (e) he shall be responsible for all use of his account even for the misuse without his authority or permission.
User shall not, without the prior written approval of Realty Shield, settle, dispose or enter into any proposed settlement or resolution of any claim (whether having been finally adjudicated or otherwise) brought against him, if such settlement or resolution results in any obligation or liability for Realty Shield.
Account Registration Before availing any service from Realty Shield, the user will have to register and create a password protected account for future transactions.
Agreement to Deal Electronically The user agrees that Realty Shield may communicate with him electronically for all aspects of his use of the website for rendering services. However, for some immediate intimation, verbal communication mode through skype or mobile or landline, as the case may be, may also be used.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Law, the total liability of Realty Shield, and its Associates, Suppliers and Distributors, for any claim/s under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to Realty Shield to use the service/s.
Though Realty Shield shall render fool proof services with utmost care, Realty-Shield and its Directors, Employees and other Associates will not be liable for any damages on any account or damage or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, defect, delay in operation, arising out of any of the transactions agreed to be delivered by Realty Shield.
Indemnity Clause The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Realty Shield and its Directors, Employees and other Associates from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities, and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising due to user’s use of the website or resulting from, or alleged to result from user’s use of the website or your violation of this Agreement.
Contract Period This depend on the type of service availed by the user. For any extension of time period of service, or termination of service before time from the side of Realty Shield, the user shall be informed with prior notice.
Service Charges The service charges will vary depending on the location and size/area of the property For non-computerized records that require manual search, the service charges will be extra. Some of the services can be availed in part or full. For such customized services, the service charges will vary.
Legal Initiatives Should any major breach of user’s right over the property come to Realty Shield’s attention, you shall be informed as soon as possible. In case the user needs any local support to hire the services of an Advocate, coordinate with the Advocate, it can be done and for this service charges shall be extra.
Duties and Taxes Any statutory levies, taxes / duties as applicable from time to time over and above the service charges shall be fully borne by the user.
Copyright Infringement Realty Shield relies on its users of the website to bring copyright violations to its attention. In such a case, please notify Realty Shield immediately at support@realtyshield.in
Jurisdiction Notwithstanding anything stated in this Agreement, either party shall have the right to seek immediate injunctive relief from any Courts of appropriate jurisdiction located in Hyderabad, India.
